Toggle on and while on, when you use a Bloodstone, the count does not decrease.
Easy XP Gain:
Toggle on and you gain XP much faster.
Unlimited Skill Points:

No Fog of War:
Toggle on and while on the fog is lifted to reveal the map.

Toggle on and there are no random attacks to slow you down while travelling.

Toggle on and some crafting, potion making, and forging can be accomplished in places where it normally cannot.

Toggle on and even if you do not have enough Bloodstones, you can forge.

Toggle on and the forge is always successful.
